Family Strengths Program - is a group educational program focusing on personal skill development, domestic violence education, active positive parenting, and interpersonal relationships. One-on-one support is available to each woman throughout the program.

Family Literacy Program - offers adult basic education and literacy development. ROW assists participants with obtaining their GEDs and increasing basic reading, writing and math skills.

Early Childhood Activity Program - offers art and play enrichment activities and pre-literacy skill development for the children, birth-6 years, of parents in the Family Strengths and Family Literacy Programs.

Domestic Violence Response Program - provides emergency, short- and long-term counseling and advocacy to homeless St. Louis County residents who are victims of domestic violence.

ROW's Economic Action Program (REAP) - focuses on increasing economic security for battered women. Services include a 12 hour comprehensive economic education program that helps women gain control of their finances. Graduates are given opportunities to save money through Individual Development Accounts (IDAs), matched savings accounts designed to help low to moderate income people purchase assets (e.g. a home, a small business, an education, a vehicle).

REAP Training Institute  - Established in 2004, the mission of the REAP Training Institute is to provide domestic violence advocates with the knowledge and skills needed to increase the economic empowerment of women experiencing intimate partner violence.  Our highly trained staff offer a variety of workshops that include how to utilize the REAP model in your own community, economic advocacy workshops and consultation on issues related to economic abuse and battered women.  UPCOMING TRAINING scheduled for September, 2008 in St. Louis.  Click REAP Training Institute for details.

Community Building and Consultation - Community building activities, consultation, and training are a priority within the agency. ROW provides training on various topics, and technical assistance to programs interested in new service development.
