ROW has carried out its mission through a variety of programs that create a foundation where women are able to develop the necessary skills and abilities to begin to take control of their lives.

ROW is a recognized practicum site for students at Washington University, Brown School of Social work; Saint Louis University School of Social Services; and the University of Missouri, St. Louis Department of Social Work. ROW accepts both undergraduate and graduate level practicum students and interns. Students are given a full range of possible experiences.
